AI Operating Partners and Builders
Strategy consultants deliver the analysis but not lasting change. AI specialists deliver the technology but not the business results. We deliver the insights that move the business and the capability that lasts.
We are operators with analyst roots who integrate your data and processes into custom models and agents to power strategy, efficiency, and growth.
Opportunity
The technology shows what is possible. The value comes from mastering the fundamentals: your data, your processes, and your P&L.
Approach
We integrate your systems and encode how your business works: your definitions, your metrics, and your logic. The model works from that single source of truth, so the answers are correct, not just fast.
The levers that move the business, metrics reconciled to the P&L, and insight over output.
Your systems integrated into one foundation, and the business logic to reconcile messy data.
A model configured to your rules, with protocols for consistent, honest answers.
Work
The AI Analyst brings your sales and marketing systems into one foundation with your definitions encoded to provide a single source of truth for the decisions that drive the business. The team asks questions in plain language and gets rigorous, reliable answers in minutes. Reporting is automated, and you have the greatest analyst you have ever worked with at your fingertips, like a multimillion-dollar consulting team that never leaves.
The Demand Planning Agent pairs a statistical planning model with the analytical horsepower and multi-step reasoning of AI. Each week it reads demand and inventory from the integrated data, drafts the plan, and delivers a recommendation with its reasoning. The automated workflow does the work, and the team works the plan with the model as a thought partner. Every decision feeds back to sharpen the model, and the investment compounds. Fortune 500 capability without the Fortune 500 budget.
Process
Every company runs on its own metrics and workflows, so we start by mapping the decisions that drive the business. Engagements are tightly scoped around your top-priority use case and managed in three phases.
AI changes how the work gets done. Reskilling the team is not a side effect of the transformation. It is the transformation. We work side by side with your team and coach each user directly, so the team runs it on its own by the end.

In bridge building, a steel thread is the first line strung across the gap. It establishes the connection to a new destination.
In software, a steel thread is the first working version of a system running end to end through every layer. It proves the vision and establishes the path forward.
This is how we operate: we build a strong foundation to support each new capability.
